Details of the Lost Contact

I am searching for MONICA FRANCIS KEENAN or any surviving relatives. I was born on 6th March 1940 & adopted in 1948. At this time my Mother lived in Liverpool UK but in info I received from Catholic Adoption File, there was a note stating Kilrush, Co. Clare. Could my mother have lived there or been born there? I would be so grateful for any info. God Bless All
