Noel Patrick Browne was born at Kevins Street Hospital on the 28th of December 1949. He was fostered to a family called Brogan in Castlerea Co. Roscommon from the age of 7 or 8 years old where remained until his foster mother died in 1967. He spent some time in Galway then in Dublin . He has never been back in Roscommom since he was 19 years of age . If anyone knows of his whereabouts please get in touch and Noel if you are out there please get in touch with an old school friend Greg.
