If you are someone who is missing, please
take time to see the effort that families on this website and other families
have made to try and find out any information about their relative who
has gone missing.
Whatever the reasons why a person goes
missing, it is important for people to know that their relatives are safe.
Where there is no information, one cannot presume that they are safe.
You do not have to return home if you do not want to.
But do please make contact and identify
yourself to someone, a local Police Station, or this webmaster
or the missing persons association at 087-9609885 (from outside Ireland
00-353- 87-9609885 ) or the Irish
Missing Persons Helpline on 1890-442-552 to get a message through
to your relatives or phone "Searching for the Missing" on +353-85-2092119.
For people missing in Ireland there is a also a message home service operated
by the Missing Persons Helpline. The number is freephone 1800 911 999
and callers cannot be traced. If the person wishes to speak to someone
they should call the helpline on 1890-442-552.
They will guarantee you confidentiality
and respect your privacy. You can also get a message home through the
UK Missing People Helpline
"Message Home" facility where the phones are staffed 24 hours a day. The
phone number for message home from the UK is Freefone 0500 700 700.
